I wanted to take a moment to introduce our guide into the land of the physically fit. Men, meet Russ Craber!
Personal Background
Russ and I have been friends since high-school. We share some important life philosophies, namely the importance of humor and a love for God! Russ, as you will see, has a sharp wit and quick mind. And he also loves God! I'm thrilled he's on board with us! Russ' family took me in at a crucial time in my life. I had walked away from God and was running from ministry. Once I surrendered to the call, Russ' family helped me get back on the right track. I owe them a great deal (the check's in mail...I promise).
Professional Credentials
Russ has had a great amount of success in life both as a personal trainer and a businessman. He worked for Boeing heading up their fitness programs, and still runs his own fitness organization. Currently he owns and operates Sunpest Control (http://www.sunpest.com/.com/) in our home town of Clarkston, Washington and was recently named one of Pest Management Professional's Top 40 Under 40.
