Welcome!

There is a great need to help Christian men be what God has called them to be; spiritually strong. Many Christian men are lethargic in their walk with God and as a result, their homes are left with no spiritual leader. God has called us all to live lives pleasing to Him (2 Cor. 5:9) and that means that men should be the leaders of their wives (Eph. 5:25), the nurturers of their children (Eph. 6:4), and ready to meet the enemies attacks (Eph. 6).

It is our desire to help you become all the that God would have you to be through the Spiritually Fit program. We are seeking to give you the accountability you will need to develop godly habits of spiritual victory. But accountability alone will be a poor motivation and will fail. So why do this program?

Paul said it best in 2 Corinthians 5;
2 Cor 5:14-15
14 For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died;
15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

Jesus Christ died for us! In love He was nailed to cross for our sins. In return, we should love Him enough to give our lives to obeying His Word! It is our prayer that the Spiritually Fit program will help you do just that!

Also, many men today lead undisciplined lives and are not being good stewards of their bodies. Many men live in guilt for their physical state and are drawn to getting in shape but lack the knowledge and commitment to get it done. Though we recognize that godliness is most valuable (1 Tim. 4:8), we also recognize that bodily exercise does profit.

Once again listen to the challenging words of the Apostle Paul;
1 Cor 6:19-20
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

Paul also said;
1 Cor 10:31
31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
(NKJ)

Through the Spiritually Fit program we will also seek to help you develop self control to be a better steward of your body in your nutrition and fitness.

All in all, we want men to be godly and disciplined!! Are you ready for the challenge?
